1. SCID Certification Subscription - Custodian
The Annual SCID Certification Subscription is based on the quantity of an Custodian’s annual acres, and or, environmental assets (whichever is greater) under management, and is structured as follows:

2.a EAC Distribution Fee Schedule - Custodian
The Annual EAC Distribution Subscription for the Custodian is calculated per Plan, based on the greater of the Custodian's annual acres or environmental assets associated with the EACs that have been or are expected to be transferred by them to one or more Beneficiaries. The fee structure is as follows:

Annual EAC Distribution Fees for the Beneficiary are calculated per Plan, based on the greater of the Beneficiary's annual acres or environmental assets associated with the EACs that have been or are expected to be transferred to them by one or more Custodians. The fee structure is as follows:
